Research And Design Of Feature Based Coding Complex NC Tool Management System

With the increasing proportion of CNC machine tools in the machinery manufacturing industry,the management of CNC tools has become increasingly prominent.The traditional tool management mode of manual bookkeeping has not met the needs of modern enterprise development.Using digital tool management system is the key to solve this problem.For this reason,this paper makes a series of research and design on the coding system and management system of the complex CNC cutting tools,aiming at the needs of the small and medium enterprises in the management of tool inventory and use.First,in view of the weak link of the small and medium enterprises in cutting tool management,this paper analyzes the needs of the enterprise on tool management system,and puts forward the basic and extended two levels of the system function design with a view to the present situation and the future.Secondly,in this paper,the structure features,common classification methods and the rules of tool coding in domestic and foreign system are studied.The four level classification method of cutting tools is proposed.On the basis of this classification,the encoding methods including the four parts of the tool base,size,expansion and interface are designed,and some code contains the code.Righteousness.In order to realize the function of each system,this paper compares two types of database systems,two common system development methods and multiple data models,and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages.The development mode of client / server mode(C/S)is proposed to build a two tier system system.At the server side,we use the most widely used database model--relational data model,and use MySQL 5.7 commercial database software to build database system.On the client side,C# is used as the programming language in VS 2010 environment,and the system interface environment and background data access program are designed.It realizes the basic functions of user management,tool information and daily management,as well as the function of tool QR two-dimensional code generation and recognition.Finally,in order to meet the needs of further information management in the future,this paper,starting with the overall utilization of machine tools and processing process,establishes the model of tool allocation and scheduling model and the calculation model of unit tool production value.In addition,the design idea of database transaction maintenance is proposed.
