graphene is a new type of two-dimensional material with high translucency and strong conductivity.It can be used as a transparent conductive film in the field of display screens or photovoltaic industry.As a transparent conductive film,graphene will work under light irradiation.However,Recent studies have shown that when it is illuminated,the electrical conductivity of graphene will have a change in different environments.So,it is crucial to understand the conductive stability of graphene,and it is an important indicator to determine whether graphene can be used in the field of transparent electrodes.In this paper,the conductive stability of graphene transparent conductive films is studied.From the factors of graphene transparent conductive film,irradiation light source,and the atmospheric environment,the changing rule of its conductive properties and the main mechanism of its change are explored.The specific content of the paper including:?1?The graphene films were prepared by chemical vapor deposition and transferred to polyethylene terephthalate?PET?and SiO2 substrates.The transferred samples were patterned and characterized.graphene conductivity test system was designed to meet the measurement conditions of the required factors.?2?Under visible light irradiation,the conductive stability of graphene results show that:1)Undoped PET-based samples are more stable than undoped SiO2-substrate samples.;2)Doping can improve the stability of PET-based samples and SiO2-substrate samples.3)The conductivity of undoped SiO2-based graphene has the greatest effect under blue light,and it has the least effect under red light.4)With the increase of light source optical power density,the undoped SiO2 sample becomes more unstable;5)The stability of the undoped SiO2 substrate sample is the best under nitrogen atmosphere and the worst in vacuum.?3?Under infrared light irradiation,the conductive stability of graphene results show that:1)The graphene sample under infrared radiation will be stable,and only the doped PET substrate shows the same rules as under visible light irradiation;2)For undoped SiO2samples,the increase of the optical power density of light source does not have a significant impact on its stability;3)The stability of graphene is not different under different circumstances.?4?The conductive of graphene was changed by photo-adsorption.Graphene interacts with surrounding gas molecules or particles,which causes its internal carrier concentration to change,changing its conductivity.In different environments,graphene has different conductive stability,which is mainly due to the different interaction strength between graphene and the outside.From the above conclusions,it can be concluded that:the graphene working in the near-infrared band has good light stability.The graphene working in the visible light range,doping helps to improve its stability.The study of the dissertation can provide theoretical support for improving the conductivity stability of graphene,and provide reference for the subsequent application of graphene transparent conductive film.
