With the depletion of petroleum resources on land,offshore oil exploration and development have gradually started to implement.Under the special marine environmental conditions,the pipeline corrosion monitoring is particularly important.At present,in the field of pipeline corrosion monitoring sensor technology,a variety of new excellent sensors have begun to come into use.Based on the ARM 11 embedded development board with display screen,the corrosion monitoring system of pipeline inner wall is developed in the article by using the original six parts ring pair electrical resistance sensor.Due to the additional resistance sensor,the system can monitor the regional corrosion of the pipeline inner wall.Also,it can avoid the temperature compensation of the traditional resistance sensor,and greatly improve the precision.As the terminal control device,the embedded development board greatly reduces the occupied space of the whole equipment.The article is mainly divided into the following several parts:1.By studying the principle of ring pair electrical resistance sensor,the possible error of the sensor is calculated and analyzed,including the error introduced during the potential measurement near the current input and output ports,the error introduced in the approximate calculation of the arc resistance,and the error introduced by the sensor when there is a temperature difference between the inner and the outer wall.Finally,some suggestions and conclusions are given to reduce the error after the simulation and experimental verification.2.A multiplex circuit is designed to solve the interface expansion problem of micro ohm meter.By controlling the switch of relay,the single chip microcomputer(SCM)is used in the circuit to change the connection line,so that the micro ohm meter can measure more pairs of sensors,which greatly saves the equipment resources and improves the working efficiency.3.Aiming at the terminal control problem,a terminal control software is developed based on the ARM 11 development board.The software can be operated by using mouse and touch screen.Its functions mainly include: serial communication,data acquisition and storage,data processing and image display,user login.4.According to the previous theory,three experiments are designed,of which two are ring pair electrical resistance sensor error verification experiment.The other is the operation test experiment for the principle prototype of corrosion monitoring system.The experimental schemes are designed,and the significant experimental results are achieved after the experiment.
