Submarine pipeline is lifeline in the development of offshore oil and gas resources.With the prolongation of submarine pipelines service time,the corrosion of pipelines is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,it is urgent to master corrosion status of submarine pipelines and ensure safe operation of submarine pipelines in management of oil and gas pipeline.Based on analyzing software function of double-ring corrosion probe monitoring system,this paper develops a set of software covering the whole process of information collection,processing and analysis.The integrated functions include collecting and displaying data,adopting corrosion trend prediction model,introducing corrosion assessment model,realizing automatic control of inhibitor injection,providing additional functions such as account management,database maintenance and equipment testing.The paper completes following research contents:Firstly,this paper completes overall design of software: it determines the content of data access layer,business logical layer and user interface layer;design database and study the key technologies involved in each module of software system.Secondly,this paper establishes a new corrosion trend prediction model: it introduces PSO algorithm and equal-dimensional grey number compensation method to optimize traditional grey model and three-exponential smoothing model.Thirdly,this paper completes the research of corrosion status evaluation: it studies evaluation system commonly used in corrosion area,which combines evaluation method of pipeline body corrosion damage with corrosion pipeline evaluation recommended method.Finally,it forms model of corrosion status evaluation including classification of corrosion damage and pressure of safety assessment.Forthly,this paper designs control system of corrosion inhibitor injection: it determines suitable control scheme of corrosion inhibitor injection system,establishes mathematical model of control system and identify parameters of transfer function,and simulates control system in MATLAB Simulink.Fifthly: this paper conducts test of software: it tests the connection between software system and hardware system in experimental platform,which solves problems existing in software system and verifies the stability and validity of software system.
