The CY gas field adopts the process of "moisture heating,heat preservation and mixing".The wet natural gas contains a large amount of corrosive medium such as C02 and H2S,which brings a series of corrosion problems to the gathering and transportation system.In order to ensure the corrosion control of the gathering system,it is urgent to carry out corrosion monitoring and control technology optimization research on CY gas field,and form a reasonable corrosion monitoring and corrosion control scheme to ensure the normal production and operation of the gas field.In this paper,CY gas field is taken as the research object,and different corrosion monitoring methods are used to grasp the corrosion situation of the gas field.Combined with the monitoring point distribution in the ground gathering system,the application effect evaluation and corrosion monitoring scheme optimization research of different corrosion monitoring technologies are completed.Corrosion detection is applied.The technology comprehensively tests the pressure vessel and pressure pipeline of the station,analyzes the corrosion problems existing in the system,determines the high risk point of corrosion in the gathering system,and completes the optimization research of the corrosion control scheme.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Investigate the application status and application effects of corrosion monitoring and corrosion control technology in high-sulfur gas field gathering and transportation systems at home and abroad,master the working principle of different corrosion monitoring and corrosion control technologies,and complete the applicability analysis of various technologies.(2)According to the corrosion monitoring data of the site,the corrosion status of the equipment and pipelines in the CY gas field ground gathering system is analyzed,and the application of the corrosion monitoring equipment in the gas field ground gathering system is evaluated by combining the location distribution of different corrosion monitoring equipment.(3)According to the application effect of the corrosion monitoring technology,combined with the problems existing in the corrosion monitoring equipment in the ground gathering system,the corrosion monitoring method and the corrosion monitoring position are optimized,the reasonable monitoring period of different monitoring means is determined,and the optimization design of the CY gas field corrosion monitoring scheme is completed.(4)Using a variety of corrosion detection techniques to comprehensively test the pressure vessels and pressure pipes of the CY 101-1 station,analyze the corrosion problems of equipment and pipelines in the ground gathering system,screen out the high-risk points of corrosion in the system,and complete the sulfur-resistant pipes.Optimization,coating anti-corrosion,cathodic protection and corrosion inhibitor filling optimization research,forming a set of corrosion control scheme for CY gas field ground gathering system.
