With the improvement of people's living standard,cars have entered into thousands of families.In recent years,China had obtained high speed development of automobile industry,it also makes the vehicles manufacturing process constantly improve and update.In this case for auto accessories and materials are also put forward higher requirements.In this paper,the author added double amino silane coupling agent(Z-6020)and polyvinyl silane coupling agent(poly A-172)in PVC under body sealer for modification,in order to improve and enhance its sagging and slidding performace.Characterized the modified PVC under body sealer with silane coupling agent by Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy(FT IR),Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC)and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)and contact Angle test and studied its sagging and slidding performace.The results show that the silane coupling agent and PVC under body sealer can form interpenetrating polymer network(IPN).Moreover,after modification,the hydrophty is improved,and the wettability on ED panel is better,and formed hydrogen bond between PVC under body sealer and ED panel.Compared with unmodified PVC under body sealer,the sliding distance is improved from 70mm to 0mm,and the sagging distance is decreased from 19mm to 1mm.The anti-flow performance of modified PVC under body sealer has been improved.In this paper,the authors also modified the polyurethane prepolymer with silane coupling agent(KH550)in order to improve the performance of polyurethane glass.The results shows that the modified polyurethane pre polymers is no bubbles during curing,and mechanical performance is improved.Compared with the unmodified polyurethane pre polymers,hardness,tensile strength,elongation of modified pre polymers are increased by 60%,65%,and 65%.The drying time can be shortened by nearly 1 day,and the solid content can be increased by 3%,reach to 98%.The hardness of the glass cement used the modified polyurethane prepolymer,was 45HA,the tensile strength was 3.02 MPa,the elongation was 435%,its mechanical properties were improved.Moreover,the modified polyurethane pre polymer has good adhesion both with glass and steel,good thermal stability and resistance to flow.The drying time is 35 minutes,it can ensure enough work time and drying as soon as possible at the same time,the production efficiency was improved.
