In recent years,the rapid development of the Chinese medicine industry has resulted in a dramatic increase in the number of Chinese medicine residue.How to effectively use the resources of Chinese medicine residues is of great significance for environmental protection and resource utilization.This article summarizes the current status of the utilization of Chinese medicine residue,and puts forward the concept of environmentally friendly,large-scale and high value-added development for the variety of Chinese medicine residue resources,and formulates different resource utilization methods according to their chemical composition and characteristics.Through the research,this paper provides a large-scale utilization method and a high-valued development approach for the utilization of Chinese medicine residues.On the one hand,this article analyzes and compares the chemical composition and fiber morphology of Chinese medicine residue rich in Ganoderma lucidum.The chemical composition of mixed medicine residues are:moisture 12%,ash 1.47%,cold water extract7.24%,hot water extract 12.43%,1%NaOH extract 46.4%,benzene-alcohol extract 3.76%,carat Sennwood 4.52%,acid lignin 2.62%,brown cellulose 66.83%,polypentose 2.7%;average fiber length of mixed medicine residues is 0.669 mm,average fiber width is 14.7?m,length to width ratio is 46,The residue fibers have uniform fiber morphology and more heterocells.The results show that mixed medicine residues are a useful raw material for papermaking fibers.The mixture of Ganoderma lucidum dregs was mechanically grinded to obtain pulp for papermaking and molding.When the disc grinding gap is 1.0 mm,the physical properties of the sheet are optimal,the tensile index is 11.5 N·m·g-1,the bursting index is 0.58 kPa·m2·g-1,and the tear index is 1.69mN·m2·g-1.Under the condition of pulp concentration 1%,25 s of draining time,30 mm between top and bottom molds,and 150°C hot-press molding pulp molding conditions,good dross molded products can be obtained.On the other hand,based on the biological characteristics of Ganoderma lucidum residue rich in chitin mycelium fiber and multilayer pore structure,porous carbon material was prepared by chemical activation method using Ganoderma lucidum residue as raw material,and SEM,XRD,FT-IR,BET pore size analysis,Raman and other methods were used to analyze and characterize the materials.The electrochemical properties of the porous carbon materials were tested and their applications in lithium ion capacitors and electrochemical sensors were discussed.The results showed that the porous carbon material of Ganoderma lucidum residue-based porous carbon contains oxygen functional groups and has a certain degree of graphitization.The ratio of carbon to alkali ratio of porous carbon material at 1:4 has a specific surface area of3425 m2·g-1,The total pore volume is 1.7406 cm3·g-1,pore size were uniformly distributed at0.6 nm and 2 nm.Ganoderma lucidum residue porous carbon electrode material showed high specific capacitance and good reversibility of charge and discharge.When the current density of Ganoderma lucidum residue porous carbon lithium ion capacitor was 1 A·g-1,the initial stable energy density was 113 Wh·kg-1 After 2000 cycles,the energy density retention rate was 87.6%,the Coulomb efficiency was close to 100%,and it had good cycle stability.In addition,porous carbon materials have a good ability to catalyze the oxidation of H2O2 and immobilized enzymes.
