With the rapid development of modern industry,the cold rolled strip,one of high-grade steel,was widely used more and more in the field of automobile manufacturing,consumer electronics,architecture and instruments.Although the production of domestic steel is high,the production of high quality cold rolled strip is low.Shape detection is one critical technology in cold rolling strip.The development of shape detection technology is relatively late at home,so it is shape detection technology that makes it difficult in improving the quality of the cold rolled strip.With referring to a large number of literature and learning about the current development of basic research on flatness detection,this paper puts forward the appliation of the scheme of cascaded fiber grating pressure measurement with high precision,simple structure and strong anti electromagnetic interference ability,aiming at improving the current shape detection methords with low precision,poor anti-interference ability,complex structure and high cost of maintenance.According to the specific application environment of the steel plate shape detection in the cold rolling strip,this paper carried out the following theoretical analysis and experimental research:Firstly,this paper fully analyzes the characteristics of the bare grating under the condition of temperature and stress,designs a metallized package of fiber Bragg grating axial pressure sensing unit based on the stress characteristics and detection environmentSecondly,by using the finite element software,we simulate the forced structure model packaged and get the packaging material parameters combining with simulation results.Then the temperature and pressure characteristics of the packaged grating sensor are studied.Then,the paper selects the FBG matching methord to demodulate the optical signal achieving five-channel demodulation system of cascaded FBG sensing signal.Finally,a set of five-channel optical signal acquisition,processing and PC display software system is designed by which the sensor data can be obtained and displayed in real time.aiming at the existing problems of steel plate shape detection technology in cold rolling strip,this paper puts forward the idea of applying the fiber grating pressure sensing technology to the field of plate shape detection,and carries out basic research on the design scheme from theory and experiment,which provides a reference for the research and development of the plate shape detection technology.
