The on-line detection device of cold rolled sheet is the key equipment in metal rolling processing and production.The real-time detection of shape stress distribution is one of the core technologies to ensure the production quality of metal sheet.At present,the technology of cold rolling shape detection at home and abroad basically adopts electronic sensors embedded in roll body,such as piezomagnetic type,piezoelectric type,compressive stress type and so on.The electronic scheme has the advantages of maturity and low cost,but the electronic scheme also has some problems of complex wiring and electromagnetic interference in industrial environment.The research of new cold rolling shape detection technology is an urgent need in the field of iron and steel production in China.Based on a large number of professional references,this paper puts forward a solution for applying fiber grating sensing to cold rolling shape detection in iron and steel industry.According to the actual demand of cold rolling strip shape detection technology,the following theoretical research and experimental tests are carried out in this paper:Firstly,the basic principles of fiber grating stress sensing,temperature sensing and shape detection are analyzed,which provides theoretical support for the design of cold rolled shape detection scheme based on fiber grating sensing.Secondly,according to the actual demand of plate shape detection production process,the detection roller and embedded sensing unit are designed.The sensing element and fiber grating are encapsulated reasonably,theoretical analysis and finite element simulation are carried out,and a solution to the temperature-stress cross-sensitivity phenomenon is proposed.Then,the overall design scheme of the fiber grating sensor detection system used in cold rolling shape detection is proposed,including the specific sensing scheme,the signal demodulation scheme,the experimental platform scheme,and finally the prototype experimental platform of the plate shape detection sensor system is built.Finally,on the experimental platform,the sensor for shape detection is verified experimentally,the temperature and stress sensing characteristics are tested and analyzed,and the overall performance of the sensor is experimentally studied to obtain relevant conclusions.The performance of the sensor is analyzed.In this paper,according to the demand of flatness detection technology in cold rolling field,a new idea of applying optical fiber grating sensing technology to flatness detection is put forward.It has certain reference value to promote the research and development of flatness detection technology.
