Into the twenty-first century,with the rapid development of household appliances,automobiles,packing and other industries,the market is becoming more and more demanding for high quality strip products.Six-high rolingl mill has been favored in more and more steel enterprises because of its large rigidity and strong shape control ability.In particular,a part of small and medium steel enterprises built a lot of small six-high reverible cold rolling mills which have the characteristics of large length-diameter ratio and smaller absolute value of work roll diameter,in order to meet the needs of thin rolling,however,this kind of mill's work roll will appear horizontal deflection during the rolling process that brings new challenges to shape control in the field.Therefore,in this paper,a domestic 450 UCM reversible rolling mill was taken as the research object,the shape model and control technology of a small six-high reversible cold rolling mill were deeply studyed,the main research contents are as follows:Firstly,a set of shape mechanism model that considered horizontal deflection of work roll suitable for small six-high reverible rolling mill was set up,which was fully combined with it's equipment and process features,meanwhile,the factors such as roll crown,bending roll and shifting roll were also taken into account.And the corresponding shape prediction software was compiled,which was used to analyzed the influence of the structure parameters of roller system on the shape.Secondly,starting from the optimization of rolling schedule,the influence model of the rolling schedule on the shape of small six-high reversible rolling mill was established,which was used to analyze the effect of the specific path rolling schedule parameter on the shape,on the basis of this,a set of comprehensive optimization setting technology for rolling schedule with consideration of shape control is proposed,in technology the maximum uniform load of the rolling path was set as target and the influence of shape control,rolling stability and surface defect prevention was also taken into account.Then,study on the optimal setting technique of the work roll profile,the influence model of the work roll profile on the shape was established,and analyzed the effect ofdifferent crown work roll on the shape,on the basis of this,optimized the work roll profile and calculated the optimal roll profile.Finally,the influence of the roller system parameters on the shape was quantitatively studied and the optimization setting technique of roller system parameters was put forward,meanwhile,the corresponding software for optimizing the parameters of roller system was developed,which is worked out,improving the shape control ability of rolling mill and effectively controlling the shape defects of finished strip.
