With a few years ago caused overcapacity in the steel industry,the environmental problems have become increasingly serious and protect the environment and a series of policies,the "green steel" and "green manufacturing" will become the future development trend of the iron and steel industry as well as the main method to solve environmental problems.Vibration aging(Vibration Stress Relief)has a great potential in the production of iron and steel industry because of its advantages of short time,high efficiency and no pollution in green.At the same time,the vibration aging mainly concentrated in the research on the large cylinder welding,forging and casting,and the research on cold rolled strip is very few,so the simulation research and experiment of vibration aging process on cold rolling exploration is necessary,and to reduce and homogenize the residual stress of cold rolled strip is prevented an important goal of the pursuit of shape defects.Based on the above research background,the main research of this paper includes the following parts:(1)Based on the elastic-plastic finite element numerical simulation method,a method for obtaining residual stresses in strip was proposed.By numerical rolling simulation,a cold rolled strip with residual stress after plastic processing was obtained,and the method was verified.(2)A model of vibration aging of cold rolled strip was established,adding vibration aging process on the strip after rolling was simulated,obtained the vibration to improve the regularity of residual stress in the strip,proved by the way of vibration eliminating strip residual stress was feasible.(3)According to the simulation results of ABAQUS on the cold rolling strip,the selection principles of excitation parameters,such as exciting force,exciting frequency and exciting time,have been determined.(4)The principle of determining vibration parameters based on the design and improvement of vibration platform and use the Donghua test analysis system and strain gauge way test on two of the strip on the platform,the change of the natural frequency of the steel plate before and after the vibration and the obvious changes in the stress of the plate and strip surface were analyzed and discussed,the conclusion that vibration aging can eliminate residual stress of strip steel was obtained.In this paper,using a combined method of theoretical analysis and experimental research,the principle of vibration aging,the choice of excitation parameters and the effect of vibration aging are studied and analyzed,the vibration stress relief process has a significant reduction and homogenization effect on the residual stress of strip is concluded.The results obtained in this paper can provide some reference and guidance for the application of vibration aging of cold rolled strip.
