The Design Of Automatic Control System For Distillation And Recycle Of CS Catalyst's Raw Material

Distillation is a method to separate the diverse materials with different boiling point in mixing raw material,through several times of gasification and condensation.It's advantage is during the process need not other solvents,therefore can ensure no new impurities be added.So that Distillation has been paid much attention in the chemical industry.In this project,because of a catalyst factory needed to recycle the raw materials of CS catalyst--Hexane and TiCl4,the automatic control system based on MDCS control system for distillation and recovery is proposed.The use of field bus technology can be achieved on centralized control the distributed equipment.The host computer is used for centralized monitoring and management several equipment were distributed to scene.The host and slaves are connected by CAN bus to communicate.The MDCS control system is chosen to control the whole system.In this control system,Taiwan Yanhua IPC and CAN network card as the host computer,use FIX to fulfill the Human-Computer interaction;The SHCAN6 XXX series monitoring and control components is selected for controlling,monitoring and alarming.In this paper,mainly on following two parts to introduce this distillation and recovery system.First,introduce the process of distillation and the development overview of international and domestic;second,introduce the specific design of the system,including: the choice of system control options,the selection of hardware modules,the design of system hardware and software and system overall debugging.This distilling and recycle automatic system is running in the catalyst factory now,as good as expected,which is the best proof of the feasibility and reliability of the system.And the successful of the distillation recycle automatic control system also provide a reliable and cost-effective control scheme for distillation control system.
