With the continuous progress of the industrialization process,the continuous development of modern manufacturing technology,especially the extensive use of flexible manufacturing system to industrial production and processing areas have undergone a fundamental change in the production process of the soles of the process from the traditional manual ingredients to high intelligent automatic ingredients change.Domestic soles ingredients market research and development started late,poor batching accuracy,mechanical and electrical control part of the poor reliability,the lack of real-time monitoring of the production process and other issues,can not meet the soles of high-volume and efficient production purposes.Therefore,the design and development of reliable operation,flexible configuration,high-precision sole control system is of great significance.Matching accuracy is the key to the sole stocking system,the choice of cutting mode and cutting speed is very important.This paper analyzes the structure and control system characteristics of the automatic batching machine.In order to solve the problem of precision of solid feedstock,the cutting process of the cutting of the vibrating feeder and the screw feeder is put forward.The cutting process is divided into three stages:the early stage,the medium stage stability and the later stage,and the error compensation way to control the cutting speed.In order to meet the control requirements of automatic batching machine,this paper designs the automatic batching machine monitoring system with programmable controller(PLC)and computer(PC)control scheme.It combines the stable and reliable characteristics of PLC with the advantages of PC image and data processing.Master,slave control program,according to the main,from the station control function of the system hardware design and electrical circuit design.In order to realize the modular control of the automatic batching machine,this paper puts forward the control scheme of the multi-function batching machine monitoring system based on the fieldbus technology(FCS),through the FCS to build automatic batching machine master and slave station control network,the master PLC and the monitoring computer Ethernet connection between the host computer,the master station and the sub-station between the use of PROFIBUS field bus connection,according to the number of ingredients cans flexible allocation of the ingredients sub-station,through the PROFIBUS field bus to collect on-site equipment information.The control layer to the information layer of the network communication connection.Aiming at the requirement of automatic batching machine monitoring and management,combined with the advantages of industrial computer image and data processing,the remote monitoring interface is designed to realize real-time monitoring of batch equipment.In this paper,PID control algorithm based on BP neural network is proposed for the precision control of batching machine.On the basis of PID control,the PID parameters are adjusted by using neural network adaptive and self-tuning.In this paper,the BP neural network PID control model is constructed and the BP neural network training is carried out.The BP neural network is simulated by MATLAB.The results show that the BP neural network PID control model can be used to implement the PID parameters Optimization,to meet the requirements of high-precision ingredients.
