The object of this paper is an important part of a large agricultural tractor suspension system in foreign countries.The casting structure is complex and the wall thickness is not uniform.It belongs to the force safety parts and bear the large impact load and friction and wear in the process.Have a good overall performance.In this paper,the casting process of this part is designed and researched,and the filling and solidification process of Huajing CAE software are used to simulate the casting process.The defects in the casting process are predicted to optimize the casting process,eliminate the defects and obtain the high quality frame castings.According to the material requirement and structure of QT700-3 frame,the initial casting process scheme is designed.The simulation and calculation of the filling and solidification process are carried out by simulation software.The flow field and temperature field are analyzed.The simulation shows that the pouring parts of the castings and the parts of the gourd may appear more shrinkage and shrinkage defects.The results show that the increase of riser height and diameter can not effectively increase the shrinkage,shrinkage and shrinkage defects can not be completely eliminated.And then change the size of the riser neck section to optimize the process,the riser neck of the solidification time is extended,filling the channel to expand,can improve the riser of the replenishment effect,basically eliminate the loose loose defects.And then through the further set of cold iron and out of the hole to eliminate shrinkage,stomatal defects.The results show that the defects of the castings are improved and the production problems of the nodular castings are solved successfully,which improves the production efficiency and the economy of the products.The results show that the optimization of the casting process is based on the optimization of the casting process.benefit.
