Evaluation On Influence Of Abandoned Oil Wells On Coal Safety Mining

The Ningdong Shuangma Coal Mine is located in a coal and oil resources co-reserve area.At present,the large amount of abandoned oil wells left after the oil extraction affects the safe and efficient mining of coal resources.Analyzing and evaluating the effect of abandoned oil wells on safe coal mining is the basis for hazard prevention and control of abandoned oil wells.There are many overlapping areas of coal and oil resources in China.This study is of great significance not only for the Shuangma Coal Mine,but also for the safe and efficient mining of the Ningdong region and similar mines in the country.Taking Shuangma Coal Mine as the specific object of study.Based on the analysis of the basic conditions of the mine and the characteristics of abandoned oil wells,it identifies and discerns the hazardous sources of abandoned oil wells that affect the safety of coal mine production.The factors of the abandoned wells' safe mining of coal are divided into three factors:oil and gas factors,water factors and roof factors,which provide basis for qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the system.Qualitative risk assessments were performed on the hazards of the working face under the influence of abandoned oil wells by Preliminary Hazard Analysis(PHA).Taking MaTan 31 as an example,And the hazardous and harmful factors in the system were analyzed and found.Quantitative risk assessments were performed on the hazards of the working face under the influence of abandoned oil wells by The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.the weights of the evaluation units in the system were obtained,and finally the hazard level of the evaluation object was determined.Based on the analysis of the safety hazards of the abandoned oil wells to the coal production safety and the safety evaluation results of various factors,the prevention and technical measures for the evaluation units were given from the three aspects of the prevention and control of basic technical measures,major safety management,which provides a scientific basis for the safe and efficient mining of which the coal resources existed in the abandoned oil wells impacted area and ensures those coal resources can be safely exploited.
