Research On The Classified Collection Mode Of Household Waste In Different Residential Areas On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

Along with our country development of social economy and the speeding up ofurbanization, the quantity of MSW has increased sharp year by year, the processing powerof terminal treatment facilities is can’t meet the needs of the garbage innocent treatment. Inthe moment of carrying out sustainable development and recycling economy, as animportant of means for reduction, harmless and recycling of MSW, garbage separatecollection has got the more and more attention of the countries all over the world. Since2000, more and more domestic cities began to try pilot for garbage separate, but there isfew successful cases. For the research of urban garbage separate implementation of manycities, one of the key factors for garbage separate implementation is to formulate rationaland effective MSW separate collection mode.This paper analyzed the different modes of urban garbage separate collection at homeand abroad, and carried out summary and conclusion for the recent domestic and foreignscholars about MSW separate collection. Residential areas have many characteristics, suchas cover most of population and components of MSW are complex. Residents MSWaccounts for about60%of the total MSW, so residential area is the key for theimplementation of MSW separate collection for the whole city. At home and abroad, theresearch for residential garbage separate collection mostly confined to the community, butless to other types of residential areas. According to the different social and economicstructure, the residential area is divided into three categories: the first is the residentcommunity of property management standardly （old residential area, high-gradecommunity）; the second category is the individual residential building or dispersivevillage-in-city; the third kind is the dormitory of government entity, factories or schools.And the paper then analyzed the social-economic structures and waste characteristics ofdifferent residential areas, and put forward four possible patterns of garbage separatecollection.Taking Baoan of Shenzhen as an example, according to the present situation of MSWcollection, transportation and dispose, waste composition and the economic and social situation, on the basis of field investigation and quantity of questionnaires, in allusion tothe three types of residential areas in Baoan, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod, setting up the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, this paper carried outcomprehensive evaluation of different MSW separate collection mode for three types ofresidential areas from the environment, economy and society three aspects, and putforward their applicable MSW separate collection mode. Finally combining the analysis ofthe local actual situation, it is found that the results were fairly accorded with the actualsituation.
