As an new technology that can specifically identify target molecules,molecular imprinting technology has become a hot topic in the current research field.Carbon nanotubes have many excellent properties because of their stable physicochemical properties,.and it is widely used in the preparation of nanocomposites.The organic-inorganic hybrid MIP combine the advantages of organic and inorganic polymers.It has not only high mechanical strength,but also good adsorption performance.So it is a new field of molecular imprinting technology.Inorganic materials,such as mesoporous molecular sieves,graphene oxide,and carbon nanotubes,have been successfully doped into MIPs with exhibit excellent imprinting and chromatographic separation performance.In this paper,SWCNTs and POSS or MCM-41 are simultaneously used as inorganic materials in molecularly imprinted organic polymers.In the first part of the thesis,gallic acid?GAL?was selected as a template,and the combination of RTILs and DESs could improve the dissolving ability of supramolecularassemblyduringthepolymerizationofRTILs.1-tetrabutyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate?[BMIM]BF4?was chosen to stabilize the SWCNT dispersion and prevent re-aggregation of SWCNTs.In addition,a choline chloride-ethylene glycol?ChCl/EG?system was used as a co-porogen to dissolve template molecules and tetrahydrofuran?THF?was used to dissolve the POSS.The results showed that the organic-inorganic hybridization molecularly imprinted polymer had a specific recognition for the template molecule GAL,and the imprinting factor was 12.13.The in vitro release results showed that SWCNT-POSS MIP can release GAL for 5.4 hours compared with 1.5 hours for imprinted polymers without SWCNT and POSS.Similarly,pharmacokinetics in rats also showed that the SWCNT-POSS MIP has the largest area under the curve and the latest peak time of 4 h,so the resulting SWCNT-POSS MIP has the potential to serve as a drug controlled release vector.In the second part of the thesis,MCM-41 was grafted with3-?methacryloxy?propyltrimethoxysilane??-MPS?to form MCM-41-MPS with ketoprofen?KET?as a template.4-vinylpyridine?4-VP?is a functional monomer,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate?EDMA?is a cross-linking agent,and green solvent is used to prepare eutectic solvent ChCl and ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-Methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate?[BMIM]BF4?was used as a common porogen,and was prepared by in-situ polymerization with SWCNT and MCM-41-MPS.The imprinting factor was 13.10.The results of adsorption experiments showed that the adsorption isotherm was fitted by Langmuir-Freundlich equation,and the optimal formula for saturated adsorption was 12.46?mol/g,which was much higher than that of NIP and the control group.Solid phase extraction experiments showed that the recovery rate of MIP was 84.5%and the RSD was6.2%.
