Skin wounds cause inflammatory reactions that easily lead to infection and ulceration,affecting tissue regeneration and repair.Among them,bacterial infections and inflammatory reactions are the key issues in skin wound repair.In this study,electrospinning technology was used as a matrix with good biocompatibility of L-polylactic acid(PLLA).POSS(polyhedral polysilsesquioxane)contains silicon,which promotes skin regeneration and repair using silicon.The composite fiber membrane loaded with the antibacterial agent Moxixaine hydrochloride was prepared to achieve dual function of antibacterial and promoting repair,and it has obvious innovation.Firstly,the PLLA/POSS composite fiber membrane and the composite fiber membrane loaded with the organic antibacterial drug Moxifloxacin(Moxi)were prepared by electrospinning.The POSS not only improved the mechanical properties of the composite membrane,but more importantly utilized the silicon element.Silicon has been widely proven to promote skin wound healing.The preparation methods and techniques of composite membranes and their related physicochemical properties and general biological properties were preliminary discussed.The results show that the composite carrier material has the advantages of large specific surface area,high drug loading,stable release,good mechanical properties,significant antibacterial performance and no cytotoxicity,and has potential application prospects.The results show that: PLLA/POSS composite fiber membranes,tensile strength and elastic modulus are enhanced,the material's degradation performance and biocompatibility is good,but does not have antibacterial effect;based on PLLA/POSS composite fiber membrane Loaded with organic antibacterial drug hydrochloric acid,the composite fiber membrane loaded with moxifloxacin possesses antibacterial properties,and antibacterial properties are used to achieve anti-inflammatory effects;dosage of moxifloxacin hydrochloride directly affects the antibacterial effect of fibers,an research shows that 0.6 wt% is the best The drug dosage is not toxic to the cells and has a good antibacterial effect.The in vitro release performance test showed that the release rate of moxifloxacin hydrochloride was stable and sustained in the composite fiber membrane,the burst release phenomenon was not obvious,and the release cycle reached 4 Over the week,sustained release on the 45 th day was close to 60%,achieving the purpose of drug release.In summary,in this thesis,electrospinning technology was used to prepare moxifloxacin hydrochloride compound sustained release fiber membrane with antibacterial effect,which provided a reference for the treatment of skin wounds.
