With the accelerate development of urbanization,industrialization and regional economic integration,Daqing is facing the problem of air pollution.The haze whose characteristic pollutant is particulate,has caused certain adverse effects on the residents' health and the socio-economic development of Daqing City.Therefore,the basis of drawing up the strategies for improving air quality is to conduct the work of anlysising the present air quality in Daqing and the source of atmospheric particles.SO2,NO2,PM10,PM2.5,O3,and CO were selected as assessment indicators,and the assessment model was constructed based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The air quality during the heating period and non-heating period are analysed respectively in Daqing from 2014 to 2017.The results shows that the comprehensive air quality index of Daqing in 2015 is higher than that in 2014,but it continued to decline in 2016 and 2017 and both of them are lower than that 2014,which indicates that the air quality is getting better.It is closely related to the implementation of the "Special Action Plan for Air Pollution Prevention and Control in Daqing(2016-2018)" drafted by the People's Government of Daqing.The results shows that the major air pollutants in Daqing are PM2.5 and PM10,and the total pollutant contribution rate of them exceeds 60% in the whole year,which account dominate position.Based on the “Guidelines for the Analysis of Atmospheric Particulate Sources(Trial)”,the CMB model is used to analyze the sources of particulate(PM10 and PM2.5)in Daqing.The results show that during the non-heating season,and the coal's share of PM10 and PM2.5 are 13.6% and 15.3% respectively,and the sharing rate of vehicle exhaust to PM10 and PM2.5 are 11.2% and 12.8%,and the sharing rate of industrial waste gas to PM10 and PM2.5 are 5.3%,and the sharing rates of secondary particles of sulphate,nitrate and SOC on PM10 and PM2.5 are 5.9% and 4.3%,9.2% and 7.4%,7.8% and 10.6% respectively.When it comes to heating season,the coal's share of PM10 and PM2.5 is 27.2% and 29.8% respectively,and the sharing rate of vehicle exhaust to PM10 and PM2.5 were 12.9% and 14.9%,the sharing rate open source(soil dust,cement dust and city dust)to PM10 and PM2.5 is 13.9% and 6.8% respectively,and the sharing rate of industrial waste gas as well as biofuel to PM10 and PM2.5 are 9.3% and 10.7%,7.2% and 6.5% respectively,and the sharing rates of secondary particles of sulphate,nitrate and SOC on PM10 and PM2.5 are 3.2% and 2.4%,6.3% and 3.5%,3.1% and 7.0% respectively.After the contribution of the second particles divided to the first emission source of its precursors in a certain proportion,the coal's sharing rate to PM10 and PM2.5 is 27.7% and 29.8% respectively,and the sharing rate of the open source to PM10 and PM2.5 are 24% and 16.9% respectively,and the sharing rate of industrial waste gas to PM10 and PM2.5 are 14.4% and 16.3%,and the sharing rate of vehicle exhaust to PM10 and PM2.5 are 13.4% and 14.4% respectively,and the sharing rate of biofuel to PM10 and PM2.5 are 5.3% and 6.5% respectively.Based on the research results mentioned above,5 improvement strategies are proposed to improve the air quality in Daqing,which can also be used as references for the Daqing to update their future's special action plan of air pollution prevention and control.
