Laser transmission welding is a non-contact advanced plastic welding method,compared with other plastic connection method,it owns high strength welding joints,size precision,good sealing,easy to achieve a high degree of automation,etc..It is widely used in home appliances,electronics,medical and other fields of thermoplastic plastic parts of the connection.In order to realize the high quality and high efficiency production of the new PC plastic liquid cooling lamp in the market,this paper adopts laser transmission welding technology to develop a fully automatic laser welding production line of liquid cooling lamp to improve the production efficiency and connection quality of liquid cooling lamp.In order to solve the problem that the process parameters of the laser lamp and the wick are difficult to be optimized,the experimental research and analysis of the PC plastic laser transmission welding process were carried out.The orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment design were carried out to select the laser spot diameter,welding speed and welding power.The welding quality was evaluated by the weld appearance and the shear joint shear strength,the laser energy density was also taken as the comprehensive measure to obtain the best process parameters of PC plastic welding.According to the functional requirements analysis of the production line and the automatic welding requirements,carried out the liquid cold lamp automatic laser welding production line machine design and functional components design.Combined with the production process,including seven processes: the loading of the lamp,blowing and removing the dust,injecting liquid for the lamp,the loading of the wick,compressing the wick,laser welding for the lamp,unloading of the lamp.Taking use of side by side twowire model design,the mechanical structure design,pneumatic system design and optical system system of the welding production line were carried out.According to the process requirements of the automatic laser welding production line of the liquid-cooled lamp,the control system of the programmable logic controller(PLC)+ touch screen is determined,based on MITSUBISHI Q series PLC as the control core.The realization of welding production line control system hardware,software design were based on the modular design method.Wei Lun touch screen MT8101 iE is to realize the welding production line of human-computer interaction,coordination of the orderly operation of the subsystems.This paper developed a liquid-cooled lamp automatic laser welding production line to achieve a new type of liquid-cooled lamp automated production,to meet the liquid-cooled lamp joints of high strength,high sealing requirements,single row production line production beat of 6 seconds,high efficiency;Lamp qualified rate of 98% or more,compared with the traditional artificial bonding method increased by 3 to 5%,significant cost savings.At the same time by referring to change the mechanical structure and control system can also be used for the production of other plastic lighting,to promote the development of the lighting industry.
