The Design And Optimization Of Electrical Control System Of Screen Printing Machine Based On PLC Control

Screen printing, because of it is not limited by the dimensions and shapes of substrates,adaptability to various types of printing ink,flexible rotation resistance strong printing way,printing ink layer thickness adjustable range is wide,is widely used.Therefore,it is very necessary to research in high control accuracy,with good performance and easy operation of the screen printing machine.This thesis combines with the enterprise’s production situation and development trend of the screen printing machine on the market and demand conditions.Using the mature of the programmable logic controller(PLC) and terminal control technology,design and modified electrical control system on the basis of old screen painting machine.This thesis design the hardware part in detail on the basis of shantou ultrasonic 550 new screen printing machine based on the analysis of the control system,Including main control device of PLC,man-machine interface function module and the design of the circuit principle diagram.Detailed design the thickness measurement device,touch screen,visual contraposition system and the communication interface of PLC.In terms of control the position of treadmill,To run a position control, using AC servo drive system to realize the treadmill accurate transmission of the glass.In the aspect of software design, this procedure is divided into the following four parts:the main program, visual program,manual program and parameters.According to the modular programming rules, for each main module are discussed in detailed.In the human-computer interaction interface,in order to develop the functions of touch screen interface and improve the operability,With GP EX-Pro 4.0 to implement this idea.This thesis discusses the control system, after the scene of the experiment and debugging,satisfying the requirements of the control system, stable running and can achieve expected goals.
