Multi-wire saw is currently the most advanced slice processing technology and the core technology of it is long-term mastered by the Switzerland,Japan and other country's monopoly.Multi-wire saw is commonly used in the traditional mortar cutting process,but this method has low production efficiency,and large energy consumption,at the same time as it is very difficult to be separated because of high viscosity of it,caused by the pollution of the environment.In order to avoid these disadvantages,there has been another cutting process---diamond wire-cutting processin recent years.Multi axis synchronous control of multi-wire saw is the key problem need to overcome.Multi-wire saw control system is commonly controlled by traditional analog or pulse,the mode of complicated wiring,poor flexibility,and vulnerable to electromagnetic interference.The system based on Fieldbus can effectively improve the equipment flexibility and control precision.EtherCAT is currently on the international leading industrial real time Ethernet technology,this paper design diamond wire multi-wire saw control system based on study EtherCAT technology,mainly carried out the following research works.Design hardware system based on EtherCAT,and select the hardware for the diamond wire multi-wire saw.To solve the diamond wire breakage and work-piece damage due to power free,and the waste of energy because of part of the servo motor frequent braking when the diamond wire multi-wire saw in the reciprocating cutting the work-piece.The common DC bus power controlled parking scheme is designed.To solve the multi-wire breakage problems happened in domestic multi-wiresaw,the reasons of wire tension fluctuation are analyzed.The limitation of the original tension system is analyzed,and a new electromechanical tension control strategy is designed.The experiments show that this method has shorter adjustment time,breakage rate is low,high control precision and easy to realize.To solve the limit output of single motor torque,and mechanical components cumulative error problem.An electric way is used to achieve double spindle synchronous control.The experiments show that this method has high precision,simple structure,convenient upgrade etc.Speed-synchronization algorithms of multi-motor system of the diamond wire multi-wire saw is proposed basedon integral-separate PID according to the coordination of multi-wire synchronoustrace systems by analyzing speed adjustment.And the experiments show that the algorithm has good dynamic performance and stability.A traverse precise tracking control algorithm is proposed according to the arranging wire uniform requirements.The experiments show that this method has high tracking accuracy,strong anti-interference ability,fast response.Based on the above analysis,the software is designed and human interface are designed,and make cutting experiment,and the cutting experiments show that the performance indexes meet the design requirements completely.
