With the rapid development of integrated circuit and solar photovoltaic industry, the silicon material processing technology has been paid more and more attention, in which the cutting silicon material processing a key working procedure. Cutting is the most advanced slicing technology, and tension control is one of the key technologies for multi-wire saw. Since the birth of DSP chip, it has been rapid development, and now become the most rapid development of technology in the field of electronic industry, more and more widely used in all walks of life. At present, the prices of DSP chip are getting lower and lower, and the ratio of performance to price rises increasingly, and has huge application potential. Therefore, the design and development of the DSP as the core of the tension control system for multi-wire saw, has the important theory and the practical significance.In this thesis, according to multi-wire saw and line tension characteristics, using DSP chip TMS320F2812as the core processor, we design the hardware and software of the system to achieve the tension control for multi-wire saw. The design and development of the DSP control board for the control system to walk the line, including:speed control of three servo motor for processing roll, put line roller and close line roller, torque control of two floating roller servo motor for put line side and close line side. DSP control board collect the tension and the speed sensor signal, and process the data according to control strategy. Then adjust the output signal in real time for controling the five servo motors. For the convenience of the user observation and operation, DSP control board and touch screen communicate by RS232, setting of parameters, showing the data and doing functional operation. To further enhance the visibility of the tension, and enhance the drawing capabilities of the interface, DSP control board and PC communicate by usb, and the tension data be uploaded to the host computer to draw the tension line in real time. In this thesis, the design of the DSP control board can achieve real-time control with algorithm embedded for multi-wire saw go line system and the line tension.In the thesis, firstly, describes the overall design scheme, then the system hardware design and software design in detail. Include the development of smallest DSP core module, the development of sampling module, the development of movement module and the development of communication module. In the completed design of hardware and software system, we research the algorithm of tension control for multi-wire saw. Last, research and design the digital controller, using a more advanced method named s adaptive inverse control algorithm.
