Nylon 6 is an abbreviation of polycaprolactam fiber,abbreviated as PA6,and it is a kind of thermoplastic resin containing repeating amide groups in its main chain.Nylon 6 has excellent wear resistance,hygroscopicity,rebound resilience,alkali corrosion resistance,mechanical properties,etc.Its comprehensive performance is better than polyester(polyester),so it has a wide range of high-end underwear,stockings,fabrics,safety ropes and other fields Applications.However,due to the excellent comprehensive performance of nylon fiber,there is less research and development of functional nylon 6 fibers,and the types are relatively single.In view of the current situation,this article is based on the expansion of the application of nylon 6 fibers by adding black mother and self in the melt spinning process.Heat-producing powder and antibacterial powder,black nylon 6 fiber,self-heating nylon-6fiber,and antibacterial nylon 6 fiber were prepared.The FTIR,SEM,and Instron universal tensile tester were used to characterize the infrared characteristic peaks,surface morphology,and mechanical properties of the functional nylon 6 fiber,and passed the Alice X-rade,Fluck infrared imager,and absorption method antibacterial test.The properties of the above three functional nylon 6 fibers were characterized.The study found that the black silk nylon 6 fiber,self-heating nylon 6 fiber,and antibacterial nylon 6 fiber prepared in this paper have good black gloss,good self-heating effect and excellent antibacterial performance,and have a good market prospect.
