So to solve the hairiness is absolutely urgent.The yarn's hairiness is one of the important quality marks for yarns, which not only influences the appearances of the relevant woven & knitting products, but also affects the quality and efficiency of the whole production process.The article firstly definates the concept of the hairness, analyses the process of cashmere yarn hairness, and have found out the new methods of cashmere yarn hairness elimination.This article analyses the modification of the Chinese spinning m/cs according to the traditional spinning principal with the references of most advanced oversea technology of hairiness elimination, it have found out that with the help of the cardinal principle of the hairiness production and the simplest practical methods we can eliminate the hairiness efficiently with the compact spinning and siro spinning technology on Chinese spinning machines.With the help of lots of tests and experiments, we demonstrate the different processes of cashmere yarn hairness by normal spinning, compact spinning and siro-spinning, the principle is that the compact spinning can eliminates 69% of the normal spinning yarn hairness and the siro-spinning can eliminates 40% of the normal spinning yarnhairness. For the double yarns, the compact spinning can eliminates 73% of the normal spinning yarns' hairness and the siro-spinning can eliminates 67% of the normal spinning yarns' hairness repectively.The principle can be widely used in cotton and short silk spinning process, i. e traditional ring spinning field, which gives us the breakthrough importance of the instruction to guide all the ring spinning technology in the world.The relavant technology is cheap to use,and the mechnical innoviation is simple and practical, so the benefits of enterprises and society are promising too, all the investments can be recoveried in one year.
