| Coal is the main body of China’s energy consumption and it has great influence on China’s economic development and social operation.This paper analysis China’s coal using efficiency by using theories and methods of econometrics,efficiency and productivity,system engineering.The concrete research content is as follows:(1)using three-stage DEA method to measure the relative efficiency of each industry and area,find that each industry and area efficiency of coal utilization technology is very different,the scale efficiency is the main cause of the lower technical efficiency.(2)the upgrading path of coal using efficiency is:for mining and light industry to raise the level of industry resources,for heavy industry and power industry to improve its external environment;for eastern region to keep advantage;to gradually improve the external environment in northeast China;in the central region and western region and at the same time improve the external environment and technology level.(3)according to the SFA results,the influential factors of economic development level,decreased the proportion of secondary industry,heavy industry in China,such as could help coal using efficiency level raise.(4)on the basis of DEA efficiency measurement,estimate industries potential energy saving and emission reduction,find that the overall industry energy saving space is very big,totally can save coal about more than 20% of total number.(5)on the basis of the theory of system dynamics simulation for China’s coal using efficiency test,found that "high economic growth and accelerating tertiary industry structure adjustment and accelerate industrial structure adjustment" the efficiency of the ascension path in addition to the main target to improve the coal utilization efficiency of industry,also has a good role in economic and environmental aspects,including to achieve steady growth of GDP and industrial gross domestic product,such as target of low carbon intensity.According to the results of the study of China’s coal use efficiency,provide the theory basis for sustainable development,and provide appropriate policy recommendations. |
