In order to meet the requirements of high efficiency dust control in explosive workplaces.This dissertation studied the ventilation and dust removal technology of compressed air water jets at the powder injection port in an explosive place.An explosion-proof and high efficiency ventilation dust removal system was developed.A method of compressed air water jet and water mist for ventilation and dust removal is put forward.There are no mechanical rotating parts inside the dust removal device.So fundamentally eliminating the spark generated by the rotating friction of the mechanical impeller.There will be no electric spark,belonging to explosion-proof equipment.Suitable for ventilation and dust removal in places with explosive hazards.A study on the performance of compressed air water jet ventilation and dust remover was carried out.It provides technical support for the development of high efficiency compressed air water jet ventilation dust remover.Using fluid software for 3D simulation.In the laboratory,experiments were conducted on the characteristics of the draft and dust removal characteristics of compressed air water jet and water mist.(1)When the influencing factors are solid spiral nozzle,nozzle diameter of 10 mm,and short throat length,the air suction amount reaches the maximum value.(2)When the influencing factor is selected as the direct nozzle,the nozzle diameter is 12 mm,and long throat pipe length,the dust removal efficiency reaches a maximum value.(3)When the influencing factors are solid spiral nozzle,nozzle diameter of 10 mm and short throat pipe length,the combined factor of air volume and dust removal efficiency reaches the maximum.(4)The smaller the wind resistance,the larger the suction volume of the suction hood.When the wind resistance is large enough,the downward trend of the characteristic curve tends to be gentle.Design the verification test of the compressed air water jet dust collecting and dedusting device in the laboratory.Because the nozzle inlet compressed air water jet velocity is larger,the suction volume is larger.Therefore,the effects of different sizesthe nozzle diameter,the length of the throat and the change of the internal structure of the nozzle on the amount of suction from the air suction hood were studied.Then the simulation results are proved to be correct.The best matching parameters are applied to the ventilation and dust removal system of Zhenjiang Chi Mei chemical company.Experiments show that dust removal efficiency is up to 98%.The invented powder feed port compressed air water jet dust collection and dust removal device system has been successfully applied in related enterprise workplaces.It is indicated that the non explosive ventilation and dust removal system can meet the needs of safe and efficient ventilation and dust removal in workplace with gas(dust)explosion hazard.
