Recognition And Evaluation Of The Poyang Lake Wetland For Ecological Security

Wetland resources are an important part of natural resources.Poyang Lake is the largest natural freshwater lake in China,and has always been highly concerned by the international community.However,the long-term human activities have caused a series of pollution to the Poyang Lake wetland,especially in recent years,the rapid economic development of the lake area and the overexploitation of resources have caused the Poyang Lake wetland to be seriously damaged,and the ecological balance of the wetland has been broken continuously.Therefore,the protection of the Poyang Lake wetland will be conducive to the exhibition of China’s commitment to the implementation of the Convention on International Wetlands and Convention on Biological Diversity of United Nations as a major developing country,showing China’s image of a big country responsible for the ecological environment and further promoting the international prestige of China.At the same time,since the 19 th session of national congress of the communist party of China,the ecological civilization has been promoted to the strategic height.The idea of developing ecological civilization is not only in the field of environmental strategy,but also the new dynamic energy of social development in the new period.Under the framework of ecological civilization,the protection and sustainable utilization of the unique natural resources,such as wetland,can promote the sustainable utilization of the basic material conditions on which human activities live,thus realizing the harmonious and stable development of human society.In the paper,the Poyang Lake wetland is taken as the study area,and the land use and land cover or the change analysis,game analysis and ecological security evaluation are used to excavate the evolution and present situation of ecological security of Poyang wetland.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)From the view of land use transfer type,the land use intensity of Poyang Lake wetland is increasing and the area of construction land is expanding continuously,which indicates that the non agricultural trend in this area is remarkable.(2)There are three core stakeholders,such as local government,pollution source enterprises and farmers,in the ecological security of Poyang Lake wetland;the disciplinary variables have a deterrent effect on enterprise operation compliance,which can inhibit the balance of public desires,ensure the environment benefit and the interests of farmers.(3)In the study area,the score of comprehensive evaluation,pressure subsystem and response subsystem of Lushan City ranked the first,and the next is Wannian County.(4)Besides Lushan City,Wannian County and Yugan County,the comprehensive evaluation values of other counties(areas)are all in(50,60)and the coordination degree subsystem and is positively related to it(both are less than 0),which indicates that there is widespread environmental,social and economic pressure in the research area,which causes the current ecological security crisis in wetlands.Based on the above conclusions,the measures and suggestions for ecological security of Poyang Lake wetland are put forward.Firstly,adjust the industrial structure,control the balance relationship between development and protection,and control the regional ecological security pressure.Secondly,we should encourage the green development of new business entities,promote the circulation of rural land and alleviate the crisis of regional ecological security.Thirdly,the third party supervision institutions should be introduced to form effective supervision mode to avoid the risk of regional ecological security.
