| With the development of oil and gas field,the technology of fracturing,plugging and mining are developing to deeper strata.At present,the packer performance is difficult to meet the production requirements under high temperature and high pressure.The main reasons are following: First,that the sealing performance of the packer is poor.The rubber sealing element is not resistant in high temperature.It is easy to be damaged under high pressure,and corroded in acidic liquid environment.Second,the poor carrying capacity of the packer.The bridge plug component which used to fixed to support loading force is short life and easy to damage under large loading force,which can influence anchoring function.Third,Packer is complex in structure.The traditional packers are mechanically and hydraulically sealed,and the downhole sealing is time-consuming and the cost of sealing is high.In view of the above problems,taking the bridge plug packer as the research subject,this paper combines basic theory research,mechanical design,finite element analysis and applied technology research,developing of a super elastic metal seal bridge plug packer and its electric sealing tool.This paper first analyzes the sealing characteristics of bridge plug packers,and gets the technical parameters.A new super elastic metal seal bridge plug tool is designed for easy sealing.The computer simulation is combined with the prototype indoor test,A new type of super elastic metal seal bridge plug and its electric sealing tool have been developed.The following researches are carried out in this paper.(1)On the basis of collecting the analysis status at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the mechanical properties of the downhole casing,the mechanism of anchoring kava and the sealing characteristics of the rubber tube,and the technical indexes for the bridge plug.The theoretical basis for the design of the bridge plug is put forward.(2)Studying the structure of bridge plug packer preliminarily.According to the technical specifications of bridge plug packer,the specific parameters of the bridge plug tool are obtained,and the whole structure is modeled by Pro/E software.Based on the built solid model of bridge plug,Abaqus is used to analyze the key part and the whole structure,and optimize the structure design according to the result.(3)Building a high temperature and high pressure test device for super elastic metal packers,and the mechanical performance test of bridge plug tool samples is carried out.The failure mechanism of bridge plug packer is analyzed based on experimental data.Through the research work of this paper,The sealing performance of NiTi alloy was verified and a power cable bridge plug setting tool was developed The sealing tool is very important for simplifying the construction technology of the bridge plugs,reducing the cost of the closure and improving the economic efficiency of the equipment. |
