Research On Building Technology Of Self-Elevation Drilling Unit

China is a big maritime state.Represented by marine oil and gas resources of oceanic mineral resources is the focus and hot spot for marine resource exploitation.Although Chinese ocean engineering equipment manufacturing started late,as the growth of the demand for ocean egineering equipments at home and abroad,Chinese ocean engineering equipment manufacturing grsps the strategic opportunity at market peak,realizing the rapid development,ability to significantly improve too.The quickening pace national marine development,ocean engineering equipment manufacturing will get the vast opportunity for development.Our nation can build Self-Elevation Drill Unit,Semi-submerible Drilling Unit,FPSO,PSV etc.With the acceleration of the process of ocean development,the marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry will usher in a broader space for development.A Self-Elevation Drilling Unit is used as the research object in this article.Researching the general fabrication plan,production accuracy control,leg welding technique.The specific contents of research are described as follow:(1)Researching the general fabrication plan,through the choice of building ground,block construction method,erection mode,docking arrangement,efficient using the field resource,shortening the constrction period.(2)Researching the unit's production accuracy control,strengthening the accuracy management in the whole construction process,meeting the requirement of owner and class.Ensuring the quality of overall construction of the unit and improving the production efficiency of the factory.(3)Researching the welding technique unit's leg and the deformation and stress control of the complex welding joint,ensure the structure safety.This paper has a certain engineering application background and practical value,the article analyses and summarizes the relevant domestic and foreign research,the research results of this paper have a good reference for the practical project.
