The waste liquid of the pesticide production process of Chongqing Chemical Plant located in Chongqing Chemical Industry Park mainly contains pyridine and NaCl,and belongs to the high-concentration salt-containing organic waste liquid.For this high-concentration salt-containing organic waste liquid,this study used the first salt separation followed by the organic waste liquid treatment process.The specific method was to separate the liquid and salt by vacuum evaporation and roast the salt to further remove the salt organic matter,thereby achieving Use requirements;for the evaporation of liquid,using Fenton oxidation-SBR biological treatment,in order to achieve the requirements can be discharged into the park.The research shows that:?1?When the salt is removed,the degree of vacuum is0.09 MPa,the temperature is 90°C,and calcination at 200°C for 4 h,the obtained salt can meet the requirement of electrolysis of salt;?2?Waste liquid is oxidized by Fenton:H2O2 900mmol/L,c?H2O2?/c(Fe2+)=15,pH=6,T=20°C,oxidation time 2h,then SBR biochemical treatment:degradation time 20h,temperature 1035°C,initial MLSS 7g/L,pH59,up to the park emission requirements.Domestication of activated sludge required for biochemical treatment:Under aeration conditions,a 50%by volume waste solution and 95 vol%nutrient solution were initially used to acclimatize the acclimatization solution.The aeration was stopped every day for 2 hours,and the waste liquid was continuously increased with the increase of the degradation rate.The composition ratio until the final waste liquid completely replaces the glucose nutrient solution as the sole carbon source,and the acclimatization is completed after 30 days.According to the study,the design of process facilities and equipment selection for the treatment of 20,000 tons of wastewater per year were completed.After economic balance,the process investment cost is:2.029 million yuan,and the operating cost is:110.91 yuan/m3.
