Aiming at the low efficiency in the use of industrial byproduct salt and the damage of environment by irrational disposal of industrial byproduct salt.The removal of organic compounds on industrial by-product salt surface was achieved by heat treatment of industrial by-product salt by fluidization technology using fluidized bed.To achieve the re-use of resources and environmental protection and other benefits.To achieve the re-use of resources and environmental protection and other benefits.The main implementation plan is to analyze the physical properties of industrial byproduct salt,including composition,density and particle size of industrial wastes.Calculation of fluidized bed size based on industrial waste salt property data,including critical fluidization velocity,take-out velocity,and operating gas velocity,as well as the height of the fluidized-bed bed and the design of the gas distribution plate.The design of the fluidized bed consists of two parts:cold mold fluidized bed and hot mold fluidized bed.The accuracy of the critical fluidization velocity in the design calculation is mainly verified in the cold model experiment.the fluidized state of the industrial waste salt was recorded through the bed observation,observe whether the emergence of bed-saving,ditch flow and other abnormal fluidization phenomenon.The bed pressure drop under normal fluidization was monitored in real time.Investigated the effect of fluidization number,height-diameter ratio on bed pressure drop.Analyze the generated bubbles during fluidization process.And the degree of back mixing of industrial waste salt was analyzed.For the fluidized bed of cold mold can not control the temperature,the pyrolysis fluidization experiment of industrial waste salt was carried out in a hot mold fluidized bed.In order to examine the removal of organic matter with temperature changes,the bed temperature of the hot mold fluidized bed was controlled in different intervals,Investigated the effects of temperature and time on the removal of organic matter,the purity of the product salt obtained under different curing conditions was analyzed.The removal of organic matter on the surface of industrial waste salt can not only be observed by the naked eye,but also rely on reliable advanced equipment for its product characterization,the removal of organic matter was verified from different aspects.Aand to select the economically appropriate operating conditions as the theoretical basis of pilot design.In addition,selected the appropriate data obtained in the smallscale experiment to simulate the design of the pilot plant.
