In recent years,as an important issue concerning citizens?basic right to health,government purchases of environmental public services have continued to increase in the proportion of government procurement of public services,and as more and more problems arise,the number of issues has increased.Supervision is essential.With respect to environmental public services,because of their different characteristics from those of ordinary public services,there will be problems in the purchase process that are different from the purchase process of ordinary public services.Therefore,the purchase of environmental public services should be improved in accordance with the characteristics of environmental public services in the government's supervision system for purchasing public services,and a set of regulatory systems suitable for environmental public services should be constructed.How to construct a regulatory system suitable for environmental public services,the author will discuss through four aspects,first through the literature reading to understand the government's research status of domestic and international public service purchase and reference;the second from the environmental common public service is different from other The characteristics of public services define the necessity and particularity of the supervision of environmental public services in government procurement;once again,through the current state of practice of government procurement of environmental public services,the existing problems are identified.The problems can be roughly summarized as the legal normative system is not Improvements,confusing subjects with low authority and expertise,lack of third-party supervision,lack of feedback evaluation mechanisms,etc.;finally breaking through each issue,from improving the legislative work,defining the duties of different supervisors,and improving the third-party supervision and evaluation feedback.
