Stainless steel slag is a by-product produced during the smelting process of stainless steel.As a solid waste with great recycling value,how to fully and efficiently utilize this resource has become a problem that many smelting stainless steel companies pay attention to.At present,because of the immature technology,the domestic stainless steel slag treatment mostly adopts the manual sorting method of bulk slag steel and tailings idle storage in the open air,resulting in not only occupying a large amount of land,but also seriously polluting the local environment.Therefore,stainless steel tailings must be treated non-toxic and the tailings must be used to further reduce the cost of steel making and protect the ecological environment.This project is based on the Baosteel Special Steel Co.,Ltd.stainless steel slag secondary separation test line development project as a platform.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature research work,the company's site-specific site conditions,front-end operation conditions,and stainless steel slag are in-depth.Physical and chemical properties carried out a lot of research work.According to Baosteel Special Steel's stainless steel residue test results and mature equipment research results,the process technology and equipment selection were determined;secondly,the process layout drawing was made according to the characteristics of stainless steel slag and the determined process and equipment,and the heavy metal content of the tailings of Baosteel Special Steel was determined.Situation The detoxification process route was formulated,and the comprehensive utilization direction of the slag residue was analyzed.Finally,the installation and commissioning of various process equipments were carried out according to the design scheme,and preliminary trial production was conducted.In this project,Baosteel Special Steel's stainless steel slag designed and put into production will adopt the steel slag centralized treatment mode.After the stainless steel slag is magnetically selected,additional equipment such as water-washing ball mill,shaker and dehydrator will be added to complete the carbon steel slag and stainless steel slag.The sorting and processing operations to achieve the parallel operation and the sharing of part of the equipment construction model,to maximize the savings of plant,equipment and investment.The short flow high efficiency stainless steel slag separation process realizes the selection of metal materials.Waste water generated in the slag treatment wet processing process is added with ferrous sulfate for detoxification treatment,and the treated non-toxic clean water is returned to the slag treatment equipment for recycling and no waste water is discharged.The results show that the stainless steel slag secondary sorting test line can be well adapted to the production needs,not only solved the problem of Baosteel Special Steel's annual metal recovery of nearly 24,000 tons of stainless steel slag,but also increased the economic benefits for the company and reduced the The pressure of the environment is in full compliance with the national solid waste resource utilization and environmental protection policies.
