Coal accounts for nearly 70% of China's primary energy consumption. The pollutants emitted during the combustion process are an important source of air pollution in China. In order to control the particulates emission from coal-fired,China has increased its emission standards in the coal-fired power industry and required the installation of advanced dust removal and other highly efficient environmental protection facilities.Several consecutive haze days in China in recent years indicate that some pollution sources have been ignored. So,Civil coal combustion has been gradually received attentionl. At present, coal is still dominant energy in rural areas in China, accounting for nearly 80% of the total.According to statistics, the annual domestic civilian coal consumption is about 200 million tons, accounting for about4.7% of the total coal consumption. However, due to the low thermal efficiency of civilian coal burning stoves, about 15%-30%,and the lack of governance of late-stage smoke, the combustion process is difficult to control. From the perspective of the emission intensity of pollutants, the emission factor of atmospheric pollutants generated by the combustion of bulk coal is much higher than that of centralized coal-fired facilities.Because the reform of China's energy structure requires a long process,it can not eliminate the use of civilian coal in a relatively short perid of time. Therefore, attention paid to the combustion of bulk coal and the generation of particulates emitted by bulk coal plays an extremely important role. This article takes Shaanxi Province as the research object to study the contribution of civil coal burning particulate matter in the region. There are two methods to obtainemission factors for burning particulates from civilian coal. One is literature survey and the other is experimental testing.Because the combustion of bulk coal is influenced by the coal composition and combustion conditions of civilians in different places, there will be certain deviations in the accuracy of the literature survey. This paper uses the experimental detection method to obtain the particulate emission factors for burning bulk coal in Shaanxi Province. The research process is roughly divided into three steps:the first step is to investigate and collect local coal and household stoves for local use in Shaanxi Province; The second step is to simulate the combustion process of domestic coal-fired furnaces and design a special dilution channel sampling system to measure particulates from burning coal for civilian use in Shaanxi Province; The third step is to calculate the emission of particulates emitted from civilian use in Shaanxi Province in recent years, and to predict the trend of changes in the emissions of particulates for civilian use in the next few years, attracting sufficient attention and reducing particulate matter.Through survey sampling and analysis, the largest civilian coal used in Shaanxi Province is bituminous coal, which originates in Yulin and its surrounding areas, followed by anthracite, mostly from Ningxia and Shanxi, and the use of briquette coal is relatively small. This article selected civilian coal from Xi'an,Baoji,Yulin and Gaoling as the research object, experimental results show that the emission factor of Yulin bituminous coal particulatewas 11.17g/kg;7.96g/kg of Yan'an;anthracite of Gaoling was 2.58g/kg;and briquette particulate matter emission factor was about 1g/kg.From2013 to 2016,the total amount of particulates emitted from civilian use by bulk coal in Shaanxi Province was 30449.66 tons,30635.35 tons,25979.35 tons,21178.64 tons,of which 92 percent were from bituminous coal-fired.In order to reduce air pollution particulate emissions in Shaanxi, first of all,it is necessary to strictly control the quality of coal and control distribution channels. The market share of bituminous coal accounts for residential coal is too large. Therefore,in the residential emission reduction measures for bulk coal combustion, government departments are required to strictly control civilian coal, gradually eliminate the use of bituminous coal with high volatile content in civil life, and at the same time increase the public's acceptance and acceptance of anthracite coal. The second can be improved fromthe civilian stoves. The new stoves are the most direct and effective measures for reducing emissions. The stoves have been gradually improved on the market to provide support for civilian coal emission reduction.
