The gasification and loss of coke in blast furnace may bring about pulverization of coke and other problems,which will influence the smelting efficiency of blast furnace.Because the concept of national sustainable development and the cost of coke are still more expensive at the present stage,the steel enterprises to realize green development and reduce the production cost of enterprises.It is usually used to reduce the coke ratio,such as coal injection in blast furnace,which will increase the influence of coke-gasification caused by CO2 in blast furnace.In this paper,the gasification and damage mechanism of CO2 to coke is studied,Mainly includes the structure of coke under 1100?,particle size and so on with the mechanism of changes of gas concentration and time were studied,At the same time introducing????????discusses some related problems?kind guide power dissipation equation and Kick equation theory,coke is studied the relationship between the high temperature gasification and melting and power consumption,conclusions are as follows:?1?At the characteristics of the 1100?temperature,the melting reaction of coke and CO2 in 30 min before the reaction,the concentration range at about 30%,the concentration of coke melting little change,Also found under the different concentration,the coke reaction restrictive link may be there is a difference,found that coke at higher levels mainly under the influence of interfacial chemical reaction restrictive link,concentration is low,the reaction of the coke restrictive link is mainly internal diffusion.?2?After the study of the reaction strength of coke,it was found that the increase of ash in the coke during the crushing process reduced the intensity of coke reaction.Compared to the 100%CO2,80%CO2 and 20%CO2 optical group before and after the reaction,found at high concentrations,isotropic organization of coke strength after reaction with the catalysis,anisotropic inertia effect,how much the ratio of isotropic and coke strength after reaction is positive correlation,However,when the CO2 concentration was low,the effect on the optical tissue of coke was smaller.Compared the coke strength after reaction and the relationship between the microstructure,microscopic strength of coke and coke strength after reaction is proportional to the,the higher the coke strength after reaction,and the higher the microscopic strength,concentration is higher when the particle size after the coke reaction to 5 mm-10 mm,lower concentration after reaction when the particle size to10 mm to 15 mm.?3?Through the analysis of specific surface area of coke,it is found that when the CO2 concentration is high,the specific surface area is increased first and then decreases.When the CO2 concentration is low,the specific surface area of coke is always increasing.By Fourier infrared detection,the concentration of CO2 is increased,which shows that the inorganic matter of large molecule aromatic ring is reduced,and a large number of small molecular gas organic matter is separated from the coke solid,along with the production of inorganic minerals.The results show that the displacement of the vibration peaks of some groups is shown in the results of different time periods under the same concentration of CO2.?4?Through the strength of coke grain of high temperature melting and experimental research,the melting rate of coke to the coke of high temperature ultimate strength,elastic modulus and variable has a great influence,form variables will lead to increase after decreases with the melting of coke,and the elastic modulus and ultimate strength with melting rate increase and decrease.Coke gasification acute stage of 1100?to 1200?,found in 1200?,gasification and melting rate is more than 40%of coke collapse of matrix strength and the ultimate strength and elastic modulus will decrease sharply.?5?Introduced????????discusses some related problems?kind guide equation and the volume of the power consumption Kick equation theory,the coke crushing the lowest power consumption and size and power consumption in the process of coke in a broken relationship,The coke crushing function is obtained by experiment with the relationship between the internal energy increase,at the same time the factors such as temperature,melting rate and porosity of considering power consumption theory,and then to under a certain input power,for the melting rate and particle size of coke a temperature change.
