The roller and screw are the critical transmission parts of the CRDM,and the wear is the main failure mode.In the special working conditions(such as the nuclear power unit),the requirements for safety and stability of CRDM are further improved.In order to satisfy the long life and high reliability requirements of CRDM,the roller materials and screw materials were research,which were belongs to the new type of martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel.And they have a good comprehensive mechanical properties.However,the study on the wear resistance of the two alloys have not been carried out,so this paper makes a preliminary evaluation on the wear resistance of the roller materials and screw materials.In this paper,the effects of solid solution treatment and cryogenic treatment and tempering on the comprehensive mechanical properties and microstructure of GL and SG alloy were studied.The wear-resistant properties of SG alloys with different hardness and the wear resistance of two alloys with different hardness difference were studied by using the ball-disk contact wear test and the rolling wear test.The heat treatment test results show that cryogenic treatment can make the retained austenite transformation more completely,and increase the strength and hardness of material.The best comprehensive mechanical properties of GL alloys would be obtained with the-192?cryogenic treatment 2.5h and 1070 ? solid-solution treatment.If the tempering temperature too high,which will cause the martensitic lath bundle martensitic lath bundle,and reduce the toughness and hardness of the material.The wear test results indicate that the abrasion resistance of materials will be raised with the increase of hardness.SG-2 material with the max hardness(48HRC)have the best abrasion resistance.The friction coefficient under water lubrication is lower than that under dry friction.And the friction coefficient under heavy load is lower than that under light load.The 2# composite material with the least hardness difference(1HRC)has the best wear resistance.Analyse the mechanical properties and wear resistance synthetically,the advice of the heat treatment system of mechanical properties and wear resistance match for GL alloys and SG alloys have been given.
