With the introduction and vigorous implementation of "China 2025",the steel industry is adapting to the new opportunities,keeping up with The Times and innovating.Improving the independent innovation ability of cold rolled strip steel has been a difficult problem for the steel industry in China.The plate precision is an important index to measure the quality of cold rolled strip steel products.The plate type instrument is an important instrument for the on-line plate detection of cold rolled strip steel.The shape measuring roll is the core component of the cold-rolled strip steel plate,and the sensor is an important part of the plate detection roller,which is directly related to the detection performance of the shape measuring roll.This subject is the research object of the shape measuring roll.In this paper,the thermal deformation model of the slab detection roller is established by the theory of thermal elastic mechanics,and the thermal deformation of the roll body and the sensor is analyzed respectively,and the mathematical model of the heat deformation of the roll body and the sensor is obtained respectively.On the basis of this analysis,the distribution rules of the difference in the thermal displacement of the overflow in the rolling process were derived,and the model of the volume was analyzed.Based on the theory of elastic mechanics and plate shell mechanics,the prepressure model of the sensor and pressure transfer characteristic are derived.An example is given to the actual rolling of cold-rolled strip by the interference fit model and the prepressure model of the shape measuring roll.The results show that the excess fit of each channel is greater than zero and the excess fit face is in good contact.The prepressure of the sensor ensures that the sensor can receive the pressure signal during operation.By using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench 15.0,roller embedded within the strip shape measuring roll coupled thermo-mechanical finite element simulation system,the finite element simulation results compared with the results of the theoretical model calculation and verify the established the correctness of the strip shape measuring roll thermal deformation model.Strip shape measuring roll optimization designmodel is established,on the premise of meet the service life of the measuring roll,optimize the sensor at the top of the roller body value,get the sensor at the top of the roller body of the value of the optimal value,improve the sensitivity of the sensor,ensure the high efficiency of detection roll line operation.In the cold rolling site,due to the abominable environment,the loud noise and the complexity of the working condition,it can affect the detection accuracy and the use effect.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influence of the thermal deformation of the slab detection roller and the influence of the pressure transfer and the optimization design of the top roll body value.
