Researches On Air Quality In Shenzhen City

Increasing interest in research on air quality condition is required to meet our booming economy and urbanization.Atmospheric environmental issues,such as haze,smog,inhalable dust,have become increasingly prominent.Shenzhen is located in the south of the coastal area of Guangdong Province,is an important economic city in China.In recent years,the air pollution problems are more prominent,due to Shenzhen is still in an important period of economic development,the future status of air pollution is likely to exacerbate.How to improve the air quality of the environment in Shenzhen and the region is an important and urgent problem.According to the data of Shenzhen Municipal Environmental Monitoring Center Station in 2014,atmospheric condondition is analysized by monitoring main air pollutant,like sulfur dioxide,nitrogen dioxide,carbon monoxide,ozone,and so on.The result show that Air pollution sources in Shenzhen city are mainly motor vehicle emissions and industrial waste gas from power industry in the area of Baoan District.In this paper,the countermeasures and suggestions are given to further improve the quality of atmospheric environment in Shenzhen by giving priority to controlling the pollution of motor vehicles and speeding up the pollution control of the port ships.
