With the rapid development of science and technology,industrial equipment has become increasingly intelligent.Mining electromechanical equipment is increasingly integrated with artificial intelligence.Mine belt conveyor as the main transport equipment in the mining industry,has the advantages of high efficiency,large transport and so on.Fire,as a common disaster in the mining industry,is far more destructive than imagination.As a key fire prevention site in the mining industry,prevention of early fires on mine belt conveyors is particularly important.This paper takes the mining belt conveyor as the research object and analyzes the significance of fire detection research.Having extensively studied the research status,development direction of fire detection at home and abroad,and the current application of fire detection technology,it has focused on how to improve the efficiency of existing fire detection technology,and then proposed to apply artificial bee colony algorithm to mining conveyors.Starting with the structure of the belt conveyor and the common fire causes,various fire detection technologies were analyzed,and the application of digital image processing technology in early fire detection was emphasized.The image preprocessing technology was studied,such as color model,graying and binarization.Several kinds of digital image filtering techniques have been compared experimentally through experiments.At the same time,how to perform morphological analysis and histogram-based equalization on digital images has been studied.Digital image segmentation and edge detection technologies are studied.Combining the fusion of morphological features and dynamic characteristics of fire flames,the way to improve the efficiency of digital image processing technology for fire detection is studied.Based on the research foundation of digital image processing technology,an artificial bee colony algorithm is proposed for mine belt conveyor early fire detection.Finally,based on the artificial bee colony algorithm,the mine belt conveyor early fire detection technology is compared with the experimental algorithm based on the Otsu algorithm.The experimental simulation proves that this algorithm is feasible and efficient in the early fire detection of mine belt conveyor.
