The semi-coke powder is a kind of solid waste produced in industrial production.It has a wide range of sources,low cost of material,and its burning heat,high strength and wear resistance are high,while the pore structure is developed,and it has certain adsorbability,but it is not suitable for application in actual treatment.Fly ash has good adsorption properties because of its structural characteristics,but because its particle size is too small,it can cause two pollutions directly.Therefore,in this paper,a certain amount of fly ash is added to The semi-coke powder,and a kind of composite adsorbent of carbon end/fly ash is synthesized and used as an adsorbent for wastewater treatment.The preparation of the composite adsorbent of the carbon dioxide and fly ash is to prepare the carbon steel at a certain time,then add a certain amount of fly ash to make it fully mixed.After adding a certain concentration and a certain volume of NaOH,it reacted at a set temperature for a period of time,then the obtained product was dried and extruded after drying.The formed samples were put in the oven to dry and finally get the compound forming adsorbent of the fly-ash and the fly ash.By single factor experiment,the optimum particle size of the end of carbon is obtained after three hours of ball milling.The optimum proportion of the end and fly ash is 3:2,the volume 350ml of the optimum NaOH solution,the optimum concentration of NaOH solution,4.5mol/l,the optimum reaction temperature and drying temperature are 80?,and the reaction time is 3h.The adsorption behavior of MB and Cr6+adsorbents for MB and Cr6+ adsorbents are in accordance with the kinetics of adsorption,and the adsorption process is controlled by the particle diffusion.The adsorption isotherms of MB and Cr6+ are more consistent with Freundlich isothermal equation,n>1.It shows that the adsorbents of orchid carbon end adsorbents,fly ash forming adsorbents,and carbon dust/fly of the end and fly ash is 3:2,the volume 350ml of the optimum NaOH solution,the optimum concentration of NaOH solution,4.5mol/l,the optimum reaction temperature and drying temperature are 80?,and the reaction time is 3h.The adsorption behavior of MB and Cr6+adsorbents for MB and Cr 6+ adsorbents are in accordance with the kinetics of adsorption,and the adsorption process is controlled by the particle diffusion.The adsorption isotherms of MB and Cr6+ are more consistent with Freundlich isothermal equation,n>1.It shows that the adsorbents of orchid carbon end adsorbents,fly ash forming adsorbents,and carbon dust/fly ash compound adsorbents for MB and Cr6+ adsorption are preferential adsorption,and three kinds of adsorbents to methylene blue.The adsorption process of Cr6+ is an exothermic reaction process.At the semi-coke powder/fly ash composite adsorbent for MB and Cr6+,the maximum adsorption capacity for 30.3mg/g and 3.67mg/g.
