At present,China's coal mines have excess capacity.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the mining efficiency and reduce the mining costs.The risk factor of coal mine work is too large,and the working environment is harsh,so unmanned mining will certainly become the choice of the times.This paper comprehensively evaluates the safety status of the working face through the monitoring data of the working face and comprehensive indicators.Through the establishment of two secondary evaluation systems,namely the monitoring evaluation system and the integrated evaluation system,the safety status of the working face is comprehensively evaluated.And based on the evaluation results,corresponding improvement measures are proposed to ensure the safe production of coal mines and improve the production efficiency of coal mines.First,this paper selects five monitoring data as safety evaluation indicators for the monitoring evaluation system.The five selected safety assessment indicators are gas concentration,dust concentration,carbon monoxide concentration,air volume,and temperature.This paper comprehensively analyzes the safety status of the working face by monitoring the change rule of the parameter itself and the fluctuation correlation between various parameters.In view of the single-parameter monitoring parameters,there is a one-sidedness in the analysis of the safety status of the working face.Therefore,this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation system and selects four factors:person,machine,management,and ring.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to score each indicator,and the full weight is determined using the analytic hierarchy process to perform comprehensive evaluation and scoring.Integrate the evaluation results of the two evaluation systems to analyze the safety status of the work surface.Secondly,in the monitoring evaluation index system,this paper uses fuzzy Borda number the evaluation index.The comprehensive evaluation system uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to score the indicators and use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights.Then,the evaluation results of the two evaluation systems are combined to evaluate the status of unmanned intelligent full-mechanized mining face.Finally,using the safety evaluation system established in the previous article,the safety status of 1001 unmanned fully mechanized mining face in No.1 well of Huangling Mine was analyzed.The evaluation results show that the air volume at the working face has the greatest impact on other evaluation indicators,and the temperature evaluation index has the smallest impact.This article proposes recommendations based on the evaluation results that the basic requirement for ensuring the safety of an unmanned fully mechanized working face is to do a good job of ventilation at the working face.At the end of this thesis,the prospects for how to improve the safety evaluation results of the unmanned coal mining face are presented.
