Today,the fierce market competition and information technology makes the service channel change more and more important,especially since 2015,the state council issued the Internet + action plan to push the Internet finance,retail,Internet new services such as Internet traffic,Internet catering industry rapid development,micro letter,pay treasure to pay,drops a taxi,beauty group,Shared cycling such as new Internet business service pattern will be a great success,the construction of online interactive service channel has become each enterprise all important marketing strategy.And traditional energy companies in the face of the Internet + times change,the market demand slowed sharply,the competition mechanism fully liberalised,constantly improve the customer service demand,such as pressure,is common in service channel of inefficient links,low level of information,convenience is not high,customer experience and low channel value of pain points,how to seize the Internet + development opportunity,use of advanced technology such as Internet,big data and cloud computing,Internet + energy service channel model of the transformation of the exploration,to boost enterprise transformation into a comprehensive energy service provider has important research significance.Xinjiang tianfu energy co.,LTD.,is a typical traditional electricity,heat and gas energy supply service enterprises,in order to meet the energy supply and consumption situation and the need of diversification of means of service,in recent years gradually transition to the comprehensive energy service provider,select it as the research object,this paper first elaborates the research contents,purpose,significance and research ideas,and the domestic and foreign literature,Internet +,channel integration and other related concepts and theories were summarized.Secondly by analyzing the current situation of xinjiang tianfu service channels,combined with field survey and questionnaire investigation,analysis of the current problems existing in the service channel construction and the preference of different customer segments on the service channel,into the "Internet +" thinking mode,proposed the xinjiang tianfu service channel innovation integration strategy.In this article,through research and analysis,it is suggested that energy co.,LTD.,xinjiang tianfu in an integrated and interconnected,sharing,efficient and friendly for the principle,integrate optimization service channels are as follows: one is the integrated management level,establish energy integration service channel management system;The second is to set up the information platform of "Internet + service channel" for energy integration at the level of technology integration.The third is to shape the brand image of energy integration service channel at the level of image integration;Fourth,in the functional integration level,through the channel function orientation,create the characteristic,personalized service channel system.Through integrated entity service channel,Internet + channels,intelligent telephone channels,comprehensive energy community service center,intelligent auxiliary channels of cooperation of a comprehensive upgrade,providing customers with 360 degrees of all channels,accessibility,convenient integration comprehensive energy services,overall implementation services for the brand,for individuals to realize the personalized service,improve customer service ability and the enterprise service brand value,and in the diversification of meet the demand of the customer can use at the same time,the operating value of play to service channel,so as to adapt to the transformation of energy companies and Internet + era changing customer demand.The innovation point of this study was to and from the perspective of "Internet +" characteristics,based on the energy industry development and the change trend,the channel strategy as energy enterprises to participate in market competition and the important breakthrough in the construction of service brand,as the research object,taking xinjiang tianfu to explore the construction of urban comprehensive energy(electricity,heat,gas,water,coal,etc.)integrated service channel and "Internet + service" system optimization,application and innovation,in solving the industry service spot to realize the value of the service channel growth at the same time,also for energy companies to industry layout of cross-border integration and new business channel service support,Have strong operability and reference value.
