| In petroleum refineries,tanks are responsible for the storage and transportation of oil and semi finished products and finished products,and are the lifeline of petroleum refineries.Therefore,the level of refinery tank production technology directly affects the production and operation of refineries.G company was built in 1973.After years of development,the processing volume of crude oil has reached 13 million 200 thousand tons per year.At present,it has become one of the largest oil refining and chemical enterprises in the forefront of domestic crude oil processing.However,due to the serious shortage of the total capacity of the storage tank,it is not matched with the processing scale of the refinery equipment,and the process loss of the oil refining tank is high.The production efficiency and the maintenance and management level of the storage tank are still to be improved.These factors make the daily production of the storage tank greatly affected.The production technology and management of refinery tanks has become an important bottleneck restricting the normal production and operation of G refinery.This article takes G company as an example,using the theory of TnPM management system,this paper systematically studies the production technology of oil refining tank of G company under the precondition of existing scale storage tank capacity,analyzes the key problems of current restricting production,and puts forward how to do the key production processes such as daily oil loss,dehydration,oil cleaning,equipment maintenance,etc.Reduce the maintenance time and the production of the contradiction between the maintenance and quality costs,and reduce the risk of production safety,give the production process technology and management optimization strategy and measures,the final formation of a standardized and scientific refining tank production process optimization model to improve the production process level of oil storage tanks,thereby promoting enterprise development,to achieve good economic and social benefits. |
