Heilongjiang Province Space Control Planning Research Based On Ecological Bearing Capacity Analysis

With the rapid development of China's urbanization causing urban and regional problems increasingly,the comprehensive carrying capacity of cities and regions becomes more and more attention.At the early stages of the provincial urban system planning studies,the evaluation of regional ecological environmental capacity has become an important part.Heilongjiang province has large land area and diversity natural resources,and it.Ecological environment has important impact on urban development.According to different research objects,such as land bearing capacity,environmental bearing capacity,resources bearing capacity and so on.Cities and regions capacity is becoming a scientific basis for the development.In spatial control perspective,ecological environmental bearing capacity study will be the indispensable important content.Therefore,the comprehensive evaluation of heilongjiang province ecological environmental bearing capacity and analysis of its space differences has important reference value of the Heilongjiang province space development and urban system planning.First of all,this paper analyzes Heilongjiang province natural geographical division and the present ecological environment conditions on the basis of collecting 13 cities government plannings and reports by making full use of basic data and information.According to natural geographical elements,the Heilongjiang province has four geographic nature partitions,and analyzes its resource,environment and ecology,etc.Secondly,this paper analyzes the Heilongjiang province system space control situation and problems.Third,the paper evaluates the ecological bearing capacity such as resources supporting capacity,environmental carrying capacity,ecological carrying potential and disaster danger degree.Every aspect chooses typical 14 indicators by county as a unit,then evaluates single factor respectively.With the application of entropy value method based on the index score,ecological environmental bearing capacity of heilongjiang province has carried on.Finally,focusing on the city's economic development point of view,this paper makes the planning with the ecological bearing capacity analysis results.This paper makes some guidance according to the Heilongjiang province main body function regionalization scheme results.What's more,this paper puts forward ecological environment countermeasures.This paper provides guidance of adjusting urban system space controll by studying the present situation of Heilongjiang province,using some statistical methods,and makes the Heilongjiang province become better and suitable for urban development without destroying the ecological environment.
