In recent years,with the rapid development of computer technology and automation technology,the control performance of controller will be better and better which leads to new opportunities to soft packaging printing industry.In this paper,aiming at the shortage of traditional soft packaging printing controller,an advanced networked motion controller is designed and applied to the tension control system in the common control system of the soft packaging printing industry.Compared with the traditional controller,the network controller has higher communication rate and better communication stability performance,which is in line with the high demand for control performance in the soft packaging printing industry.In this paper,the overall development of the controller is based on the analysis of printing control system.Compared to the traditional controller,the scheme which uses advanced TMS320F28335 chip to replace the original TMS320LF2407 chip as the main control chip of which the peripheral circuit is redesigned,and DM9000 A network chip and more excellent controller performance of CAN transceiver,leads to the realization of the hardware upgrade.Based on the motion controller and combined the functional requirements of the soft packaging printing machine,the paper studies the realization of communication module which includes network communication module and CAN communication module.On the one hand,the protocol of network communication module adopts Modbus/TCP protocol,which is constructed by transplanting the optimized LwIP protocol stack and embedding Modbus data frame into the application layer,to realize the communication between the controller and the human-computer interface.On the other hand,the protocol of CAN communication module uses CANopen protocol to achieve the communication between the controller and frequency converter.In addition,the paper studies the realization of the transformation between CANopen protocol and Modbus/TCP protocol and designs the CAN-Ethernet gateway to realize the indirect communication between the human-computer interface and the inverter.Finally,the application of the designed controller in tension control of the printer is studied.A printing tension control strategy based on fuzzy PID control is introduced,and the tension control test of the printing machine is carried out.The experimental test shows that the controller is to achieve a more accurate tension control than the traditional controller.
