The slider mechanism is a kind of common important institution in the auto stage working interval,which is also the important content and difficulty of the classification system design.And the silder mechanism is a main working component of the lateral punching,cutting edge and turning edge,which is the proper design for the stamping product.The traditional sliding block structure is complex and has a wide range of dimensions,which both meet the requirements of stamping craft and meet the structural requirements,only the experienced designer can do the design work.However,due to the complexity of the analysis,the design efficiency is low and the reliability is low,and the problem of reverse and complex modification still exists.Once the design is not reasonable and may lead to a whole set of mold scrapped,not only a waste of time and money,also cannot meet the increasing market demand fo r rapid product.Therefore,if we could do the motion simulation of sliding block mechanism during the design stage,we could avoid the interference may occur,thus greatly improve the design quality and efficiency.Based on the theory of die CAD,the paper introduces the theory and method of parametric design and motion simulation test in the design of automobile stage sliding block mechanism.Firstly,the typical structure of the five types of sliding block mechanism is analyzed,and the structural characteristics of the main part of the sliding block are analyzed.Second observation of different types of sliding block movement and movement type,sum up the characteristics of different types of slider mechanism movement,kinematic analysis,then calculates various types of parametric equations of motion.On the basis of the above research results,the use of top-down assembly modeling way framing each type slider mechanism of the parameterized model is set up,using UG/WAVE technology to realize assembly environment on the geometry model of the associated design,and driven by characteristics and expression parameterized of the model modification.This paper studies the relationship between the structure parameters of the model and the parameters of the motion parameters,and finally uses the UG secondary development technique to realize the parametric motion simulation analysis of the interactive sliding block mechanism.Before through the calculation of the equation of motion control the movement of the various agencies,to simulate the whole process of the mould movement,real-time to movement interference of mold parts,through the analysis of the interference pattern to guide the change of mold design,due to the equations of motion are parameterized by expression regulation and users to adjust the mold parameter equations of motion are updated in real time,so you can quickly set up simulation model of sports and modified,so as to improve efficiency and quality of design.
