Construction Safety Knowledge Structure And Investigation On Acquisition Status

In recent years,with the rapid economic growth,the construction industry has a good momentum of development,but the construction project construction safety situation is still not optimistic,the security situation is still grim,all types of major accidents frequent response of construction enterprises has great defects in safety management.In a large number of security incidents,a large part is due to the lack of construction safety knowledge,so the construction of a sound construction safety knowledge structure,improve the level of construction safety knowledge is very urgent.In this thesis,through a large number of literature and engineering data collation,reading and analysis,analysis and study of the relevant theoretical basis of construction safety knowledge.Secondly,the principle of system theory to the construction safety knowledge structure is decomposed into four parts based on the safety responsibility,safety behavior,hazard management and typical accident prevention,and expounds in detail the content of each part,so as to construct a reasonable knowledge structure construction safety.The status quo then access the questionnaires to survey the construction safety knowledge,according to the characteristics of managers and workers,are designed questionnaire,invited the rich experience in construction management and workers according to their actual situation truthfully fill out the questionnaire,data were analyzed by SPSS software to collect,to calculate the mean and variance of as the quality of the construction safety situation of knowledge acquisition,and analysis of the internal reasons,then put forward some suggestions and measures to improve construction safety,promote knowledge acquisition and development,so as to improve the level of construction safety management.This study is conducive to the establishment of construction enterprise safety knowledge system,is conducive to enhancing the construction safety knowledge level of managers and workers,help to improve the safe production situation of construction industry in our country,but also provide new ideas to improve the level of management of construction safety.
