Foreign high-end CNC systems,such as Siemens and FANUC,have adopted vector control methods.However,due to the invisibility of its control parameters,it is very difficult to troubleshoot and repair the fault in operation and processing.There are no relevant troubleshooting examples for maintenance technical data,and domestic research institutes lack corresponding experimental research.Therefore,it is necessary to study the fault diagnosis based on vector control.In this paper,the experimental platform of PMSM vector control system based on DSP is set up,with DSP chip TMS320F2812 and intelligent power module as the hardware foundation,the development environment of CCS2.0 is the software foundation.In the process of vector control,many fault phenomena are diagnosed and analyzed,and the solution is proposed.such as:(1)For the abnormal situation of stator current detection,through the establishment of sampling circuit simulation model,determine the causes of the failure of key resistance,and in the MCK-?test bench and precision instrument of DASHENG company base on the latest MCK-equipment verified by experiments? in YanJiao.(2)For the problem of unsteady or blocked operation of the open-loop experimental motor,the fault factors of improper adjustment of the system current offset are obtained,which Itdestroys vector control conditions.The method for determining the deviation is debugged repeatedly by the experiment,after repeated debugging,the debugging strategy of the offset is determined and the offset compensation is realized.(3)The main reason is that when the precision of machine tool is decreased or the magnetic pole is weakened,the rotor phase detection is very easy to block the machine(motor).In this paper,the vector control transformation benchmark is carefully selected,and the instructions for the phase initialization of the rotor are set up repeatedly,and the difficulties of such failure analysis and processing are finally overcome.The main points of maintenance technology proposed in this paper for the CNC machine driven system based on vector control in China,especially the foreign high-grade CNC system in system debugging and the difficulties of fault diagnosis,provides a new direction of fault analysis basis and maintenance.
