In this paper,the barrel we studying is 200 L steel barrel,often used as a transportation container for storing chemical raw materials.This kind of waste oil barrel belongs to hazardous waste,and it is commonly used for secondary use after renovation.Such treatment is in line with the goal of low-carbon economy and energy conservation and emission reduction,which is conducive to environmental protection in the process of economic development and to improve the utilization rate of ecological resources.In this paper,a waste oil barrel renovation production line is designed to improve the efficiency of oil barrel renovation and resource utilization,to reduce the pollution generated during the process of oil barrel renovation and realize automatic control of the production line.The main research work is as follows:1.This paper elaborates the purpose and significance of the research.This paper elaborates the domestic and international situation of the oil barrel industry and the renovation method of oil barrel,and analyzes the function requirements and technological process of the oil barrel renovation production line.For the problem of single function equipment and low production efficiency,this paper proposes a modular solution,including system frame composition,system design and implementation.2.This paper designs the overall scheme of the control system of waste oil barrel renovation production line.Based on the "centralized management and decentralized control" of DCS system,the control system level of oil barrel renovation production line is set up.Using MPI,PROFIBUS-DP,PROFINET and other communication technologies to realize the information interaction between the system level,the system communication efficiency is improved.Using the upper computer +PLC as the control model,the visualization operation of the control system is realized.3.The control system of the automatic production line is designed.Taking the module as the unit,this paper deeply studied the process flow of the production line,allocated the I/O points of the system according to the control flow,designed the overall structure of the control cabinet and completed the hardware design of the control cabinet.The control system and monitoring system based on PLC was developed: using STEP7 design PLC ladder diagram program,the HMI(human machine interface)of the production line was designed by the secondary development of WinCC configuration software.4.System debugging and experimental study.Based on the PLCSIM simulation software,the production line was simulated and analyzed.According to the report of the testing experiment of oil barrel renovation production line,the production line efficiency can reach 1.5 min per barrel.Compared with the artificial 15 min per barrel,the production line increased productivity by 10-15 times,and improved the quality of the oil barrels renovation.
